📦 FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING 📦 

PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow for at least 5 days for your order to be prepped for shipping. This may change at any time depending on order volume at the time. See the announcement bar for an updated approximate processing time.

You will receive order tracking and shipping information through email when your order is ready to be shipped. 

SHIPPING
United States:   5-7 business days. 
International:  7-14 business days.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout based on your location and order size.

Shipping times and "expected delivery dates" that are provided by the shipping carriers cannot be guaranteed and are subject to individual carrier locations, weather implications, transit issues, etc.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.

LOST ORDERS AND FILING A CLAIM

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is outside our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please email us at prettylittlepawzshop@gmail.com and we will do our best to work with the carrier to investigate.

We are unable to give refunds or replace orders that are lost, damaged, delayed, stolen, or undelivered by the shipping company. Items marked "delivered" by the shipping carrier are considered delivered for refund and cancellation purposes.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 14 days of delivery with photos to prettylittlepawzshop@gmail.com
