All products at Pretty Little Pawz are made to order, which means we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selected (please double-check our sizing chart before ordering)
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer's remorse

When we will replace or refund your order: We stand behind our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed/sent, we'll make it right. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 14 days at prettylittlepawzshop@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

How to start a claim: Email prettylittlepawzshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos. Do not send items back without contacting us first, unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If 15+ business days have passed with no refund, please reach out.

EU Customers: In accordance with EU consumer law, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at prettylittlepawzshop@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

Gift Cards & Sale Items: Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.
