How can I place an order?
Placing an order is simple! Just browse our website, select the items you want, and add them to your cart. Then proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information.
For orders that are customized, please fill in the prompts (Add name, upload photo, etc.) before adding to cart.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order on the carrier's website.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer payment through Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo and Shop for your convenience.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties imposed by the destination country.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Do you offer customization options for your products?
Yes, many of our products can be customized! Please check the product description or contact us for more information about customization options and pricing.
To upload photos of your pet, please look at our description of what to upload. We recommend a high resolution (avoid screen shots), close up photo with even lighting. If the photo will not work, we may contact you for another.
Do I get to see a preview of my pets photo before it designed on to my product?
Yes! Upload the quality photo of your pet and I will email you proof of the design for your approval. This way you will be able to preview the artwork before it prints.
Please make sure to review your inbox. You will be able to request edits or approve the artwork.
Be mindful that proofs will be automatically marked as "approved" if there is no response within 3 days of the last email sent. This will expedite the production process and ensure your order is processed promptly.
