What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, and iDEAL.

Can I cancel my order? Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them. After that, your order has likely already entered production and cannot be cancelled.

Do you offer customization? We currently do not offer fully custom designs, but we are frequently adding new designs to our store. If you have a special request, feel free to email us at prettylittlepawzshop@gmail.com.

Shipping

How long does shipping take? All products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus shipping time:

• United States: 5–7 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Do you provide tracking? Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Do you ship internationally? Yes! International orders may be subject to customs fees and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

What if my package is delayed? Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays outside of our control. If your order seems delayed, please allow a few extra days before reaching out. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are unable to take responsibility for lost or delayed packages. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photos and we'll work with you to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item.

What if my item arrives damaged? Please email us at prettylittlepawzshop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll make it right!

Sizing

What sizes do your t-shirts come in? Our apparel is available in a range of sizes depending on the style — most styles go up to 3XL–5XL. For detailed measurements, check out our Size Guide.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.  Depending on the product and the demand, it may take up to 7 days. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location. To see the full shipping policy click here

Shipping times and "expected delivery dates" that are provided by the shipping carriers cannot be guaranteed and are subject to individual carrier locations, weather implications, transit issues, etc.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes! If you live outside of the United States, please be aware that you may be required to pay customs fees, duties, or other country based fees depending on where you are ordering from. Pretty Little Pawz is not responsible for paying these fees/charges.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of many of our products, we currently do NOT accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. 

If you encounter any defects resulting from production or transportation, please let me know right away. I will try my best to arrange a replacement for you. Otherwise, I apologize for any inconvenience, but I am unable to accept returns. To see the Refund Policy click here

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We’re happy to help! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, we’re unable to make edits.

📏 How to Measure

• Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
• Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem.
• Sleeve: Measure from the center back of the neck, across the shoulder, and down to the wrist.
